Please contact us for reservations. If you call and we do not pick up the phone, please leave us a message. This is a ranch, and we are often working away from the phone. Thank you for your understanding!

    Deposit of $50 are required to hold the room, you may ask for a room without a deposit but I can not guarantee that the room will be held against other reservations. Deposits can be made through PayPal or by mailing a check. If using a check for reservation, I will wait 5 days to receive the check before letting the reservation go to someone else. We will work with you to ensure your reservation is finalized prior to other inquiries. We will hold the room when the deposit is received.

    Full payment is due upon arrival. We will either meet you, or you can come to the house to pay for the bunkhouse. If you are staying at a RV or tent site please check in before setting up. Thank you!

    Reservation Policy Tours

    Please contact us for reservations for tours. Tours can sometimes be made after arrival to the ranch or the area, however we cannot guarantee availability of tours without prior notice. Tour payment is due upon arrival for the tour. You can make payment for the tour prior to arrival with any of the available payment options listed below.

    Payment Methods

    We can accept personal check, cash, Paypal & Venmo. If paying with a check we will reserve the room when the check clears the bank.

    Cancellation Policies

    We will work with you!  We understand that life throw’s us unexpected circumstances.  We just ask that you do your best to honor your commitment as well.  We ask that you try to cancel with a week’s notice to help us with our planning.  However, please just contact us regarding your circumstances and we will work it out at that time.  Thanks!
